Speed Logistic Services Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our", or "Speed Logistic Services") operates the logistics management platform, seller dashboards, APIs, and associated shipping aggregation services. We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy, security, and integrity of your merchant data and your buyers' consignment details.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information required to operate compliant multi-carrier logistics across India, including:

  • Merchant Profile: Full name, registered business name, email, contact telephone numbers, GSTIN, PAN, and verified bank account details for remittances.
  • Shipment Information: Recipient names, destination delivery addresses, contact numbers, package dimensions, dead weights, invoice declarations, and item descriptions.
  • Operational Logs: IP addresses, browser user agents, API key usage statistics, and webhook delivery records for fraud prevention and audit compliance.

3. How We Use and Share Information

Consignment details (recipient name, address, phone number, and package specifications) are transmitted strictly to the assigned courier partner (e.g. Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees) solely to facilitate physical pickup, transportation, delivery verification via OTP, and NDR exception resolution.

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your customer database or order history to third-party advertisers or competitors under any circumstances.

4. Data Security and Encryption

All merchant credentials, API keys, and sensitive financial records are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Passwords are salted and hashed using bcrypt. Access to production databases is restricted to authorized operations engineers through role-based access control (RBAC).

5. Data Retention and Merchant Rights

Merchant tax invoices and consignment manifest records are retained for the statutory period required by Indian tax authorities. You may request account closure or export of your historical order logs at any time by contacting privacy@speedlogisticservices.com.
