1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the merchant dashboard, or utilizing our APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

2. Courier Scope & Role of Speed Logistic Services

Speed Logistic Services is a logistics aggregation platform providing technology, order orchestration, AWB generation, and tracking interfaces. Physical transport, transit scans, and doorstep deliveries are performed by independent third-party courier partners (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Ekart, Shadowfax, etc.). We do not hold physical possession of parcels.

3. Prepaid Wallet & Shipping Charges

All shipments are funded via your prepaid merchant wallet balance. The applicable freight charge is debited upon shipment manifest generation. In the event of an order cancellation prior to courier handover, freight charges are automatically credited back to your wallet.

4. Weight Discrepancies and Audits

The applicable billing weight is the higher of dead weight and volumetric weight (L×B×H/5000). If an integrated carrier detects a weight discrepancy, Speed Logistic Services grants a 4-day review window during which merchants may accept the revised weight or submit photo evidence to dispute the charge.

5. Prohibited Goods

Merchants are strictly prohibited from booking hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, narcotics, currency notes, illegal wildlife contraband, or prohibited weapons. Shipments found violating Indian postal and aviation regulations will be handed over to statutory law enforcement authorities without refund.
